How much does interior design cost in Johor Bahru?
Every project is unique, so the total investment depends on the property’s size, design scope and renovation requirements.
Our design fee is calculated based on the project’s design scope and built-up area. As a general reference, most residential projects are estimated at approximately RM8–RM15 per sqft, with a minimum design fee of RM15,000.
During your First Free Consultation, we’ll understand your project, recommend the most suitable approach and provide a transparent quotation tailored to your requirements.
What does the First Free Consultation include?
Your First Free Consultation is an opportunity for us to understand your lifestyle, project requirements and goals. During the session, we’ll review your floor plan (if available), discuss your renovation budget and explore a preliminary layout direction for your space.
What happens after the First Free Consultation?
If you’d like to proceed, we’ll move into the Proposal Stage. A 5% design deposit is required to begin developing your design proposal. This deposit will be credited towards your final design fee upon project confirmation.
Do you handle both interior design and renovation?
Yes. We provide both interior design and renovation services under one roof. From the first consultation and project management to the final handover, our in-house team manages every stage of the journey.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Johor Bahru and primarily serve Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Mount Austin, Skudai, Permas Jaya and surrounding areas. Selected outstation projects may also be considered depending on the project scope.
How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on the property’s size, design scope and renovation complexity. Before work begins, we’ll provide a clear project timeline and keep you informed throughout every stage of the project.
