This Privacy Policy explains how Spazehaus Sdn Bhd (“SPAZEHAUS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an interior design and renovation studio based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, handles personal data collected through this website (spazehaus.com).   • Email delivery: our transactional email provider, used to send us your enquiry
  • Analytics & marketing: Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel), where you have consented
  • Messaging: WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through it

Some of these providers may process data outside Malaysia; we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for our records and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard periods.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Withdraw your consent to our processing
  • Limit the processing of your personal data
